Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 24, 2024. These terms govern your access to the Quantum Whistle ecosystem and define our shared commitment to digital excellence.
1. User Responsibilities
By accessing Quantum Whistle Technologies, you agree to maintain the security of your account and take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your credentials.

2. Service Availability
Quantum Whistle strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including hours of operation and availability of specific features.
Planned Maintenance
Standard maintenance windows occur every Sunday between 02:00 and 04:00 CAT.
Emergency Updates
Security patches may be applied immediately without prior notification.
3. Liability Limitations
"In no event shall Quantum Whistle Technologies, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service."
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
4. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: Harare, Zimbabwe
Adhering to the High Court of Zimbabwe regulations.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
